How to create a Cast and Crew Timecard (CAPS)

Fill out film crew timecards using Hours+ in CAPS, the Cast and Crew software. The COVID pandemic has shifted timecards to be digital. So level up your digital skills.

Remember to register for your W2s for tax season, access your digital paystubs, and sign up for direct deposit. You can do all of this when you're logged into Cast and Crew.

After you've filled out your timecard, you may have some additional "allowances" to enter for income beyond worked hours. Make sure you include those in the "allowances" section, list the amount you are due that week, and any supporting documents.
